Missy Elliott is most definitely an innovator and a game changer for sure!! Not only is she multi-dimensional and creative, she is super talented. She is so respected and loved by many in the music and entertainment industry because it is male dominated, she proved that women can be successful without wearing revealing outfits. So inspirational. She is an icon and a legend. Not to mention she is a super dope producer too!! This incredible women has been the business for over twenty years and her music is still current and timeless. The music that her and Timbaland created together is incredible!! The award winning legend who recently celebrated anniversary of her hit single “Hot Boyz”, produced by Timbaland which dropped twenty-one years ago recently took to social media to share a special post.
She posted a clip of the video on her Instagram page with the caption, “HotBoyz🔥Happy 21st 🥳 #HotBoyz. Many stations wouldn’t play this song @ 1st because they didn’t get it 😩 it was so different but then it Ended up in the GUINNESS WORLD BOOK OF RECORDS @nas @therealeve @thelilmoshow @qtiptheabstract @timbaland Record for most weeks at #1 for 18 weeks on the US R&B chart & the Hot Rap Singles 🔥”. Members of the music and entertainment community, not only love the song, many agree that although the track was released over twenty years ago, this song is still fire.

This masterpiece was definitely a game changer for sure because on her first album, “Supa Dupa Fly”, it was more of fun loving sound whereas for this album, she shifted gears. The sounds were more futuristic yet incredibly dope. Now of course you know one thing about Missy is that all her music will make anyone want to get up and dance.
The chemistry that she and award winning producer Timbaland have is insane. Not to mention, he did indeed produce this classic. As a matter of fact, when it comes to creating dope and innovative records, these two are dynamic duo. Not only is the “Da Real World” an incredible album, it featured some of music’s greatest such as Aaliyah, Beyonce, Nicole Wray, Eminem, Lil Kim, Big Boi, Lil Mo, Redman, Lady Saw, Da Brat, Juvenile and BG. Finally, the production on this classic piece of art was so ahead of its time. Even after it’s release twenty years ago, this album is still dope and you can definitely listen to it from beginning to end. The true definition of a timeless album!!
